ID Cards
FASA BASA Identification Cards MUST be carried with Agents at all times while working in Florida
We don't require membership fees to provide you with a quality ID Card at a reasonable price.
The FASA BASA ID Card certifies the Bearer has participated in State of Florida required ECLB approved courses by approved providers. Each ID card is printed on PVC stock cards for a very professional ID. Each ID will include:
- Photo of Student
- Name of Student
- Signature of Student
- Name, address and License number of contractor
- Signature of contractor
- Issue date and expiration date
Each Alarm Agent must renew his certificate every two years by participating in an approved 6 hour CE course.

- To get a copy or replacement badge, scan the completed ID Badge Order form to support@alarmtechtraining.net along with verification of the Qualifying certificate along with the picture in the JPEG format. Once we receive these documents we will send out the invoice which can be paid directly through credit card or Pay Pal.
- If you paid for Alarm Tech Training On Line class WITH ID Card, fill out the ID BAdge Order form and scan the document along with a picture in the JPEG format to support@alarmtechtraining.net . or fill out the ID Badge Order Form and attach a 2X2 passport photo and mail to: Alarm Tech Training, 1534 Seaport Street, North Port, FL 34288
Background Check
Each license holder must contact the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for the required background checks. The FDLE processing fee of $24.00 fee.
